Dear Angela we met up with you only a few times at Annette’s special Family Celebrations and at your wonderful wedding day at Hopetoun House. We have heard from Annette over the past years how special you were to everyone. Devoted to your boys and family. Alan, Danny and Jamie treasure all the wonderful memories Angela gave you. Dear Angela The Scouting community is so sad and shocked to hear of your passing. You invested so much time, energy and enthusiasm into Scouting as the 1st Gerrards Cross and Fulmer Chair and Membership Secretary, of which we are forever grateful. We were in awe of your organisational skills and getting a job done with the upmost humility, calmness and grace. You leave a big hole in our Executive Committee and will be sorely missed. Moreover, being an active Scouting parent to Danny and Jamie, you always be remembered for your enthusiastic and cheerful involvement at camps, meetings, events and fund raising. You leave a huge legacy in Scouting. Our thoughts are with Alan, Danny and Jamie now and always. Mark Shaw - GSL at 1st Gerrards Cross and Fulmer Scout Group

We were so sad to hear about Angela and over the last few weeks we have gone over times spent together and this quote is true to our feelings: 'Sometimes you don't appreciate a moment until it becomes a memory.' We have many memories to look back on with fondness: the camping trips in particular the one where we sat on the top of the hill watching the sun set singing to Elton John's 'Don't let the sun go down on me'; catching up over a drink whether on the side line at football or at a party; and celebrating New Year singing the ALL the words to Auld Lang Syne! Always organised; always up for a laugh; always beautiful. Your beauty will shine through in your boys. God bless. Becky, Tim, Ben, Jack and Holly "Death leaves a heartache that no one can heal. Love leaves a memory that no one can steal.'
